Meet the Team
Ben Jones, MS
Ben’s responsibilities include supervising and managing the staff while working with them to create an environment where our clients can maximize their potential. Ben is committed to motivating and empowering the clients and working with the team to help every person that comes to Tulip Hill Recovery.
In 2014, Ben started working as a behavioral health technician. In this position, he learned how to communicate with clients, allowing him the opportunity to assist them in overcoming their struggles and continuing to push forward. Ben had many opportunities to de-escalate clients in high-stress situations, which prepared him to move forward in his career. After about one year, Ben was promoted to work as a case manager, assisting clients with getting back into school, monitoring their grades, obtaining transcripts, and handling legal issues. Ben later became an admissions counselor, working closely with families of the clients in order to inform them about the program and ensure that it was a perfect fit for them. He also facilitated tours with families and professionals in the field. Ben spent a year as an intern counselor while working towards his master’s Degree in counseling. Throughout his time as an intern, Ben would facilitate groups, carry a case load, and complete documentation, gaining experience and knowledge from the rest of the clinical team.
Ben graduated with his Master of Science in Applied Psychology from Lynn University. He received his Bachelor of Science at Middle Tennessee State University.
Ben is originally from Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
